HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY FUNDS ARE SAFE?
All our clients’ funds are kept in segregated European accounts with tier 1 banking institutions by XM. While trading with XM you will never lose more than the amount you deposited as they have negative balance protection. Should the slippage of a certain currency pair cause a negative balance, it will be reset automatically with your next deposit. Please also note, in order to protect all parties against fraud and in compliance with the regulators for the prevention and suppression of money laundering, XM’s company policy is to return clients’ funds to the origin of these funds, and as such the withdrawal will be returned to your account. This applies to all withdrawal methods, and the withdrawal has to go back to source of funds deposit.
